How To Make Mango Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Here is a quick overview – the full printable recipe card is below.

What you’ll need:

I use 1 cup of fresh or frozen mango and pineapple along with a frozen banana and a little water or unsweetened dairy-free milk.

Put it all together:

Simply place the mango, pineapple, banana, and liquids into the blender cup and process until smooth and creamy.

And now you’re ready to enjoy this delicious and refreshing smoothie.

Smoothie Tips

  • Add healthy omegas. For a nice boost of nutrition, try adding 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds, ground flaxseeds, or chia seeds!
  • Adjusting for variations. Use all frozen fruits, or mix and match frozen fresh and frozen fruits. If using all frozen fruits, you can expect a thicker smoothie and may need to add a tad extra liquids to help it move along in the blender.
  • Add a little ginger. And if you have a little fresh ginger on hand, add ½ teaspoon grated or minced for another layer of flavor.
