Oil-free vegan recipes! As part of a healthy diet, it is recommended to use oils sparingly. From breakfast, lunch, snacks and more, these vegan recipes are oil-free or have an oil-free option.

Healthy Tip: When sauteing, use 3 – 4 tablespoons water or vegetable broth in place of 1 – 2 tablespoons oil, creating a water saute. When baking, replace oil with applesauce, using a 1:1 ratio.
