INGREDIENTS

Combine almond flour, oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Dough should be stiff, yet soft and easily moldable.

Scoop out rounded tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball.

Roll balls in crushed slivered almonds (this is optional) and place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.

Using your thumb or back of a small measuring spoon, make an indent in the center of each cookie.

Fill each cookie with 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of your favorite jam.

Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool, and enjoy these wholesome and delicious cookies!
