Cook the lentils (or use canned), set aside.

Saute the onion, celery, carrot, bell pepper + seasoning.

Add the lentils, flour, oats, and flax egg to the sauteed veggies.

Mix well, ensuring there are no visible flour streaks.

Pack mixture into a lined loaf pan. The liner will help with removal.

Pour balsamic glaze overtop and spread from edge to edge.

Let cool in pan 10 minutes, remove and serve.
