Thick and creamy, Acai Smoothie features antioxidant-rich acai berry powder or puree blended with a mix of berries, banana, and non-dairy milk or water. It’s a deliciously quick, easy, and vegan recipe!
Place the frozen banana, berries, acai powder or puree, optional seeds, and liquids into the blender cup.
Puree until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute, adding a little extra liquid as needed to help it move along and blend.
Pour into a serving glass and enjoy!
Acai berry: Both unsweetened acai powder or acai puree will work so use whatever is convenient. I used a freeze-dried powder that I picked up from Amazon (affiliate link). You can find frozen Sambazon acai berry puree packets in most grocery stores in the frozen fruit section. Target also carries frozen puree packets.
