    Love your website. I’m just starting a vegan lifestyle. While reviewing your recipes I see in the pictures of ingredients a VEG PASTE. When I read the recipe I don’t see the paste listed as an ingredient. What is Veg Paste? Where can I purchase it?

      Great question, Linda! I like to use Better Than Bouillon Vegetable Paste as my vegetable broth. You can find it on Amazon or at your local grocery store with the other broths – usually on the upper shelves. I really appreciate that it allows more control over how much sodium is added. I typically use much less than called for per instructions on the jar.

      If this is something that interests you, you can pick up a jar and use it in place of vegetable broth. Just add it with the water. Sometimes I might even add it at towards the end of sauting the veggies, then adding my water instead of broth when called for. I also like that a jar lasts awhile so it’s always on hand and stored in the refrigerator once opened.
